You main responsibilities
· Preparation of the dishes ordered on your station in a high volume restaurant environment;
· Preparing and setting up the different work stations;
· Assist the Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations;
· Cleaning of your station and participation in kitchen cleaning activities;
· Respect of the health and safety standards established by the Company;
· General cleaning during downtime;
· Assist the dishwasher when required;
· All other related tasks requested by the Chef de Cuisine;

Your sense of priorities and urgency drive you to multi-task. You have adopted many organizational techniques that allow you to be autonomous and resourceful in your work.
Manual dexterity
You are a person who possesses motor skills as well as a certain ease in handling kitchen tools. You like to do a good job, You have a sense of thoroughness and are a person who performs your duties with cleanliness.
