Acting under management, the Supervisor is responsible for supporting them in coaching and supervising staff in their performance and delegated tasks. They are a passionate ambassador: they represents senior management and above all the image of the brand. All their actions and decisions are based on the success of the team, the quality of service and the well-being of the client and employees. Their mission is to ensure the best performance of the team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the quality and atmosphere of the service period meets the standards established by the company and management.
  • Manage workflow and ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Assess daily performance through actions and observations and then provide coaching.
  • Help identify opportunities for career advancement in others.
  • Participate in the resolution of employee problems and conflicts.
  • Ensure quality control. Standards, protocols and regulations are respected and followed.
  • Communicate service-related organizational needs to ensure all employees are in the best position to succeed.
  • Supervise and be a point of reference for employees. Provide advice, support and compassion.
  • Intervene to help the management team when it’s required.
  • Manage the relationship between staff and the organization. Be a bridge between the team and management.
