I love working in the kitchen and I am responsible for preparing, setting up and executing sales orders. I make sure that the standards of quality and presentation of 3 Brewers are respected at all stages of preparation as I am keen to prepare impeccable dishes.

My main responsibilities

• Achieving dishes ordered on your station in a high-volume catering environment;

• Preparing and setting up of different workstations;

• Assist the Chef Cook in all aspects of kitchen operations;

• Cleaning the station and participation in cleaning activities in the kitchen;

• Respect of hygiene and sanitary standards established by the Company;

• General cleaning during downtime;

• Assist the diver when required;

• Any other related tasks requested related to the kitchen operations requested by the Chef de Cuisine;
